Subaru Solterra
The Subaru Solterra is the brand's first all-electric SUV, offering smooth electric performance alongside the confidence of Subaru Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive. Dual electric motors provide responsive acceleration, while an EV-specific AWD system and available X-MODE® traction management help the Solterra remain composed on wet roads, snow, and light trails.
Recent updates have increased standard output to 233 horsepower, while higher-performance configurations now deliver up to 338 horsepower. A redesigned 74.7-kWh battery helps the Solterra achieve an estimated range of up to 288 miles. Inside, the Solterra features a clean, modern cabin layout with generous passenger space and up to 63.5 cubic feet of cargo capacity.
Standard feature highlights include a power liftgate, dual-zone automatic climate control, leatherette upholstery, a 14-inch touchscreen, and an extensive suite of Subaru EyeSight® driver aids. Higher trims add upgrades like ventilated front seats, heated rear seats, a hands-free liftgate, a panoramic moonroof, and premium audio.
Subaru Trailseeker
The Subaru Trailseeker expands the automaker's electric lineup into the midsize SUV segment with increased passenger space, greater cargo versatility, and enhanced capability. Its dual-motor powertrain generates 375 horsepower and an estimated range of up to 281 miles.
An EV-tuned version of Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive works alongside standard X-MODE® traction systems to help the Trailseeker maintain confidence across changing terrain and weather conditions. The Trailseeker provides 74 cubic feet of maximum cargo capacity, along with up to 3,500 pounds of towing capability, giving drivers additional flexibility for outdoor gear and small trailers.
Standard amenities include heated front seats, StarTex® water-repellent upholstery, a 14-inch touchscreen, and a comprehensive Subaru EyeSight® safety suite. Notable upgrades include ventilated front seats, heated rear seats, and a hands-free power liftgate.
Previewing the 2027 Subaru Getaway
The upcoming 2027 Subaru Getaway will expand the lineup with an all-new three-row electric SUV designed for larger families. Expected to arrive in late 2026 for Premium, Limited, and Touring trims, the Getaway will offer spacious accommodations, impressive performance, and up to 80.6 cubic feet of cargo capacity.
The Subaru Getaway will feature a dual-motor all-wheel-drive powertrain with 420 horsepower, while a 95.8-kWh battery will provide an estimated range of more than 300 miles. A Standard Range model with a 77-kWh battery is scheduled to join the lineup later in early 2027. Standard Subaru X-MODE® and 8.3 inches of ground clearance will provide enhanced capability for changing seasonal conditions and light off-road travel.
A few notable highlights include a large 14-inch touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a 12.3-inch instrument panel, USB-C ports in all three rows, and a full array of Subaru EyeSight® safety technologies.
